I use the Pomodoro technique – work /study for 25 minutes, then 5 minutes break. During breaks, I sometimes play quick games or just relax. It really helps keep focus and still get some gaming in.

For me, it's all about setting clear priorities. Gaming is my reward after I finish work or study tasks. I schedule specific "game time" slots and stick to them – no exceptions.

I try to limit gaming sessions to weekends or specific evenings. Also, I avoid starting long story-driven games during busy periods, opting for shorter or multiplayer games instead. Keeps stress low and fun high.
